​Our mission is to foster a thriving art community in Eufaula, Alabama, and the surrounding areas. We provide a platform for local artists and art enthusiasts to connect, learn, and share their passion for art.

The Eufaula Art Scene organizes a few major events each year. One is the Wine & Cheese Benefit held at the historic Shorter Mansion in Eufaula. This event features a silent auction of artworks created by Eufaula Art Scene members and community participants. During the past 16 years, this event has raised over $70,000, which has been used to support art supplies and college scholarships for Eufaula and Barbour County schools.

 

Another event EAS hosts is the Christmas Bazaar, which is an event that allows local artists to sell their handmade arts and crafts before Christmas. This event usually around the same time of the Eufaula Heritage Association's Christmas Tour of Homes.

 

Additionally, The Eufaula Art Scene has an annual budget for the Project/Event Grant Program for local presentation of projects and events for the cultural enrichment of Eufaula and the surrounding area.

Eufaula Art Scene also holds a Downtown Art Walk during the dates of the Eufaula Pilgrimage.
