Portrait of our festival
For forty years, Eufaula has played host to visitors from across the region who, in early October, would come to our Lake City with the express purpose of attending Eufaula’s Indian Summer Festival. Nestled in the Seth Lore Historic District, under the canopy of live oaks, one would find talented artisans showing and selling their wares to appreciative locals and tourists alike. Coupled with local entertainment and food vendors, this festival has become one of the most anticipated events of the year. This year, as we begin our next forty years, we do so under a collaborative partnership between the Eufaula Barbour County Chamber of Commerce and Eufaula Art Scene. Striving to improve the quality of life and to foster a deeper appreciation of the arts in our community, we are excited to invite you to year 41 and EufaulaFest!

Coming April 2020, The Eufaula Pilgrimage Art Show, a fine art/fine artisan/fine craft outdoor event hosted by Eufaula Art Scene and held in conjunction with the Eufaula Heritage Association’s tour of historic homes in Eufaula, Alabama. This two day show draws a large crowd of locals and visitors to celebrate the talented artists of the South.

During the art show and throughout the year, Eufaula Art Scene, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, public charity organization, promotes art and the love of art in Eufaula and surrounding areas. We offer a place for local artists and those interested in art to get together, learn, and share the love of art.
